I’m all about being comfortable in my own skin. I succeed at that more often these days, and when I do I feel very calm and at peace with the universe.

You’ve heard of those rabid Apple fans? Well, meet one more. I’ve been a Mac user for almost 17 years. Happily, I have never owned a PC. Finally convinced both my parents to get Macs. It only took 14 years!

Over the past couple of years, I’ve been doing some amazing personal development work with Context International. This work has helped me get really clear about who I am and what I want out of this life. These days, you’ll find me either in a class myself or going back to assist classes. That means I coach others to find out what makes them tick and to get the results they’re looking for.
